One run, several obligations
Each payroll touches PAYE and statutory contributions, each with its own deadline and portal. Miss one and you create a penalty and an awkward conversation with an employee.
The monthly sequence
Confirm changes first: new joiners, leavers, salary changes, allowances. Run the payroll and review variances against last month. Approve, pay, then file and reconcile every statutory return against the payroll report.
